Your role

You’re some­one who…

  • Has no fear of start­ing new con­ver­sa­tions and build­ing connections.
  • Under­stands client needs and knows how to trans­late them into pow­er­ful solutions.
  • Spots oppor­tu­ni­ties with both new and exist­ing clients and knows which leads are worth pursuing.
  • Has a pas­sion for busi­ness devel­op­ment and iden­ti­fy­ing new growth opportunities.
  • Feels moti­vat­ed by plac­ing the right experts in the right roles.
  • Works in a struc­tured and orga­nized way, with a nat­ur­al, open personality.
  • Builds long-term client rela­tion­ships based on trust and proac­tiv­i­ty — always a step ahead of poten­tial needs.
  • Works inde­pen­dent­ly but also thrives as part of a team.


Your skillset

  • Min­i­mum 5 years of expe­ri­ence in com­mer­cial roles such as account man­age­ment or busi­ness development.
  • Expe­ri­ence in recruit­ment, head­hunt­ing, and/​or busi­ness devel­op­ment.
  • Strong lead­er­ship skills to close deals and bal­ance both finan­cial and human perspectives.
  • An inde­pen­dent, proac­tive mind­set, ready to take own­er­ship and help shape our sales strategy.
  • Expe­ri­ence or affin­i­ty with IT solu­tions.
  • Flu­ent in Dutch and Eng­lish; French is a strong plus.
