• To sup­port our ongo­ing growth, we are look­ing for a skilled Project Man­ag­er to lead and facil­i­tate IT projects from con­cept to imple­men­ta­tion. In this role, you will:
• Over­see the scope, time­line, and bud­get of your projects, ensur­ing all stake­hold­ers are well-informed and involved through­out. You will be the pri­ma­ry point of con­tact for clients and work with the tech­ni­cal team to cap­ture and meet their expectations.
• Man­age projects from kick­off through to lessons learned, tak­ing ulti­mate respon­si­bil­i­ty for the qual­i­ty of delivery.
• Active­ly engage in risk man­age­ment, iden­ti­fy­ing, mit­i­gat­ing, and man­ag­ing poten­tial risks effectively.
• Act as the glue between the project team and the client, moti­vat­ing engi­neers to main­tain high stan­dards of quality.

Who are you?

As a Project Man­ag­er, you pos­sess a wide range of per­son­al and tech­ni­cal skills:

Tech­ni­cal Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level.
• At least 3 years of expe­ri­ence in a sim­i­lar role.
• Proven expe­ri­ence man­ag­ing IT projects and lead­ing project teams.
• Knowl­edge of one or more com­mon project man­age­ment method­olo­gies (Agile, Water­fall, Scrum, PRINCE2).
• Bonus: Expe­ri­ence man­ag­ing both on-premise (servers, stor­age, net­work­ing) and cloud-based (Azure, Mod­ern Work­place, O365) projects.

Per­son­al Skills

• Strong com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills, with the abil­i­ty to engage across all lev­els, both ver­bal­ly and in writ­ing, in Dutch and English.
• Log­i­cal think­ing is sec­ond nature to you — com­mon sense is high­ly val­ued at 3‑it.
• You pos­sess strong project man­age­ment abil­i­ties, nat­u­ral­ly over­see­ing process­es from start to fin­ish while offer­ing con­cep­tu­al advice when needed.
• Plan­ning and orga­niz­ing ener­gize you, and you pre­fer work­ing in a struc­tured way.
• You have a knack for moti­vat­ing teams and dri­ving them to success.
• You are curi­ous and con­stant­ly stay up-to-date with the lat­est IT trends.
• Enthu­si­asm and pas­sion for your work are essen­tial traits in this role.
