About the job

At HAVIK, we don’t just imple­ment mar­ket­ing automa­tion; we also guide our clients well beyond the imple­men­ta­tion. On a tech­ni­cal, tac­ti­cal and strate­gic level. 

With our team of sea­soned experts in CRM and mar­ket­ing automa­tion, we bring years of expe­ri­ence to the table. As a dynam­ic start-up in rapid growth, we have ambi­tious plans for the future and are com­mit­ted to help­ing our clients achieve their mar­ket­ing goals with cut­ting-edge solu­tions and strate­gic insights.

A project can con­sist of sev­er­al responsibilities:

  • You are respon­si­ble for set­ting up mul­ti-chan­nel com­mu­ni­ca­tion strate­gies. This means the entire fun­nel from prospect to cus­tomer, through all chan­nels, opti­miz­ing the assets & activ­i­ties through A/B test­ing, opti­miz­ing con­ver­sion flows, etc. 
  • You can con­tribute ana­lyt­i­cal­ly and strate­gi­cal­ly to the (fur­ther) imple­men­ta­tion of the tool. You know the Mar­ket­ing Cloud func­tion­al­i­ties inside out and how to use them. 
  • You have knowl­edge of organ­ic recruit­ment tech­niques to expand opt-in lists. 
  • You work close­ly togeth­er with the data team to get the right insights and seg­ments, just as you can eas­i­ly ana­lyze the per­for­mance of cam­paigns and com­mu­ni­cate with the team.
  • You can eas­i­ly trans­late busi­ness needs and mar­ket­ing process­es into con­crete assets and campaigns

Who are you?

As our new mar­ket­ing automa­tion spe­cial­ist you already have some years of expe­ri­ence with mar­ket­ing automa­tion plat­forms, includ­ing design­ing and man­ag­ing auto­mat­ed work­flows and campaigns. 

Oth­er requirements:

  • Gen­er­al knowl­edge about Sales­force ecosystem
  • Pro­fi­cien­cy in Dig­i­tal Mar­ket­ing and how cus­tomer jour­neys are work­ing across channels
  • Under­stand­ing of Mar­ket­ing Automa­tion and inte­gra­tion with IT/​digital ecosys­tem (ERP, CRM, exter­nal tools & platforms)
  • Front-end skills like basic HTML & Javascript knowledge
  • Ana­lyt­i­cal skills: cre­at­ing dash­boards & reports and trans­lat­ing this into com­pre­hen­sive advice
  • Best prac­tices of email mar­ket­ing and UX design
  • Affin­i­ty with back­end integrations
  • Nice to have: SQLAMP script Knowledge
