As a Javascript devel­op­er at Lit­tle Miss Robot you will focus on devel­op­ing dynam­ic, high-per­for­mance web appli­ca­tions with a strong empha­sis on user expe­ri­ence. You will play a key role in advanc­ing our web projects, ensur­ing they are visu­al­ly strik­ing, robust, and excep­tion­al­ly user-cen­tric. If you’re pas­sion­ate about build­ing state-of-the-art web appli­ca­tions, lever­ag­ing the lat­est tech­nolo­gies, and have an eye for good UX, we want to hear from you!

Who is Little Miss Robot?

Lit­tle Miss Robot is a human-cen­tered dig­i­tal prod­uct agency ded­i­cat­ed to cre­at­ing and enhanc­ing impact­ful dig­i­tal prod­ucts. Over the last decade we have designed tons of inno­v­a­tive dig­i­tal expe­ri­ences in Bel­gium and beyond. We help to invent, pro­to­type and launch dig­i­tal prod­ucts that meet cus­tomer needs in a fast-mov­ing world.

About the job

Col­lab­o­rat­ing close­ly with a team of ded­i­cat­ed user inter­face design­ers and devel­op­ers, you’ll work on high-vis­i­bil­i­ty projects where the expe­ri­ence of a diverse range of end-users is paramount.

  • Lead the devel­op­ment of com­plex, respon­sive, and high-per­for­mance web appli­ca­tions using Angular.
  • Col­lab­o­rate with design and back-end teams to ensure smooth inte­gra­tion of front-end components.
  • Men­tor and guide junior devel­op­ers, offer­ing tech­ni­cal lead­er­ship and expertise.
  • Stay cur­rent with the lat­est JavaScript and Angu­lar tech­nolo­gies and best practices.
  • Opti­mize appli­ca­tions for speed, scal­a­bil­i­ty, and maintainability.
  • Con­duct code reviews and uphold cod­ing standards.
  • Imple­ment and main­tain unit and inte­gra­tion tests to ensure code quality.
  • Engage in project plan­ning, esti­ma­tion, and execution.
  • Ensure that user expe­ri­ence remains cen­tral to all projects, focus­ing on the needs and sat­is­fac­tion of a diverse user base.

Who are you?

  • Bach­e­lor’s degree in Com­put­er Sci­ence, a relat­ed field, or equiv­a­lent experience.
  • Proven expe­ri­ence as a JavaScript devel­op­er with a strong port­fo­lio high­light­ing your Angu­lar projects.
  • Exper­tise in Angu­lar, Type­Script, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Expe­ri­ence with REST­ful APIs and third-par­ty libraries.
  • Strong under­stand­ing of front-end build tools and task runners.
  • Famil­iar­i­ty with respon­sive design and mobile-first development.
  • Strong prob­lem-solv­ing and debug­ging skills.
  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­tion and team­work abilities.
  • Pas­sion for and inter­est in good design and user expe­ri­ence (UX).
  • Autho­riza­tion to work in Bel­gium with­out requir­ing visa sponsorship.
