As a Busi­ness Ana­lyst you are a bridge between the dif­fer­ent depart­ments, you can iden­ti­fy prob­lems and facil­i­tate changes with­in the orga­ni­za­tion. You under­stand the ever-chang­ing needs of com­pa­nies and users and can ana­lyze and define solu­tions to achiev­able goals.

About the job

Over the past 2 years, we’ve expe­ri­enced impres­sive growth and have sharp­ened our ser­vices, with a spe­cial focus on sec­tors where we real­ly make a dif­fer­ence: HR, Health­care, Pub­lic Sec­tor and Energy.

Our ambi­tion is to con­tin­ue grow­ing and that is why we are look­ing for a dri­ven Busi­ness Ana­lyst to bet­ter under­stand the ever-chang­ing needs of com­pa­nies and users togeth­er with our cus­tomers and to real­ize solutions.

As a busi­ness ana­lyst you’ll

  • Ana­lyze busi­ness chal­lenges, define impact­ful solu­tions, and imple­ment them along­side our customers
  • Act as the bridge between depart­ments, turn­ing busi­ness and user needs into prac­ti­cal, tech-savvy goals
  • Devel­op in-depth knowl­edge of the busi­ness land­scape, from prod­ucts and ser­vices to the com­pet­i­tive market
  • Cre­ate end-to-end cus­tomer jour­neys, map process­es, and com­mu­ni­cate them effectively
  • Iden­ti­fy strengths, weak­ness­es, oppor­tu­ni­ties, and threats to ele­vate busi­ness processes
  • Facil­i­tate work­shops that lead to inno­v­a­tive and for­ward-think­ing solutions

Who are you?

  • At least 5 years of expe­ri­ence in a sim­i­lar role
  • Min­i­mum 1 year of expe­ri­ence in HR, Health­care, Pub­lic Sec­tor, or Energy
  • A pas­sion for the dig­i­tal world and upcom­ing innovations
  • Strong per­sua­sion skills to align stake­hold­ers and dri­ve results at the orga­ni­za­tion­al level
  • Abil­i­ty to col­lab­o­rate with stake­hold­ers to align require­ments with busi­ness and tech possibilities
  • Expe­ri­ence work­ing with data, enter­prise, and tech­ni­cal archi­tects to val­i­date sys­tems and services
  • A keen eye for detail and strong doc­u­men­ta­tion skills
