HR Intern

We are seeking a creative and people-driven Intern in HR who is ready for the challenges, responsibilities, and rewards that come with working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment as Be Bold is.

As a HR Intern you will: 

• Not get coffee or make copies for your colleagues ;-), but work on a variety of projects with the HR team enabling you to take home some valuable experiences
• Get to know the wonderful world of Linkedin recruitment on a practical level, searching and finding new awesome team members for Be Bold.
• Be able to participate in improving our on-/off-boarding process, our campus recruitment activities, develop training programs, maybe focus on revamping our employer branding or alternatively dive into our jobroles and reward frameworks.
• Be entitled to frequent and honest feedback
• Proactively entice us with your creative ideas
• Be working on our retention by organizing fun events together with the Be Bold party team

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Eager to learn, motivated to develop new skills, and able to use existing talents!
• Independent and proactive, but also willing to score as a team!
• Excellent in communication with a can-do attitude
• Conversational in Dutch & English
• Looking for an internship for a period of no less than 8 weeks, preferably 12 weeks.
• Recognized for their solution and customer-oriented mentality
• Are flexible and wanting to work at our HQ in Antwerp several days a week
